Client Account Manager

The Client Account Manager owns the relationship and all interactions with their portfolio of clients. They must have great organizational and communication skills (written, verbal) and present well in video meetings with a positive attitude. This person should have a keen eye for detail and ability to follow existing systems and procedures independently, while working effectively with the larger company and administrative team.

For this role, we’re looking for someone who has a solution-oriented mentality and can juggle many different tasks in service of our clients and customers. We are willing to train the right candidate on the intricacies of the telecommunications industry; however, we are looking for a polished individual to step in and manage client accounts in the next 60-90 days. We need someone who is reliable, comes with experience managing multiple client accounts or vendor partnerships, has a desire to learn, and ability to translate new knowledge into action quickly.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5 years of previous experience in customer-facing position (on-going client support and project management a plus)
  • Warm, caring, patient, and positive attitude that drives hospitality and inspires others to do the same, the ability to change course and think outside the box is a must
  • An aptitude for learning, accountability and driving excellence at all levels
  • A desire to learn and ability to provide clear/concise communication to all parties
  • Be computer-savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft suite
  • Strong attention to detail (contract management a huge plus)
  • Broad understanding of financial aspects of the business and real estate investments in general

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage all functions of daily client operations including project and contract management
  • Drive excellence in standards of quality communication and interactions with our clients (verbally, written and in virtual video meetings) for long-term client retention
  • Responsible for professional interaction and production of customer reports and correspondence, as well as managing and assisting clients with their acquisitions, dispositions, due diligence, contract management, and financial modeling
  • Build mid-level customer and vendor relationships to develop significant presence and client retention
  • Foster positive relationships between RealtyCom and our clients with a “can-do” attitude

Client Services Coordinator

Position Summary

The Client Services Coordinator/Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting client-facing financial initiatives by managing internal financial analysis processes and coordinating across teams. This position partners closely with several internal teams, and senior leadership to ensure financial summaries, provider terms, and client deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with overall strategy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment with many stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the internal financial analysis process for client opportunities
  • Prepare financial summaries for internal review and client presentation, ensuring bid strategy, negotiated terms, and special circumstances are accurately reflected
  • Maintain project notes, milestones, and next steps within our company database
  • Collaborate with Client Account Managers and Bid Team members to ensure client goals, requirements, and unique considerations are met
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of telecommunications industry standards and best practices.
  • Participate in quarterly meetings and reviews, working cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels of the organization; accuracy and attention to detail are critical
  • Support senior-level management with financial proforma analysis and preparation for client presentations, as needed
  • Build strong internal relationships to develop subject matter expertise and a recognized presence within the organization
  • Support special projects and perform additional administrative or operational duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office or similar tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
