Due Diligence Coordinator

RealtyCom Partners is a national consulting firm that serves real estate owners across the country by managing their telecom assets improving technology for their residents. We’re seeking a “Unicorn” whose ability will be greatly appreciated and fit in to an already very talented herd of enthusiastic and hardworking people.

The Due Diligence Coordinator (“DDC”) reports to the Due Diligence Manager.

A successful candidate must have the ability to follow procedures and organize tasks that fit the timelines of several business areas at one time. This position is the foundation of our business to provide our clients with timely information regarding contract obligations and identifying revenue opportunities. Must be extremely dependable with a keen eye for detail with proficient communication skills to address both internal and external customers. Must be able to organize Outlook emails and tasks/reminders, as well as navigate Adobe Acrobat and learn our CRM/Salesforce. A cheerful outlook and an ability to work independently and perform effectively as a part of a remote team.

Experience in Salesforce Reporting and cable industry not a requirement but a preference.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Monitoring dashboards in the CRM system to reach out to telecommunications providers and review agreement data quickly and efficiently.
  • Contacting service providers to determine if they serve the property, have existing agreements, and what their current network type is. This may require exploratory work to call Property Managers and identify providers of Video, Internet and Phone services or finding contacts within new companies to work with.
  • Building good rapport and strong relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Review client and service provider agreements to determine if there is any disparity and reporting any issues in the CRM system.
  • Reviewing complex agreements and abstracting specific data points in the Salesforce system in a complete and consistent manner.
  • Reviewing agreements and posting comments that allow management to determine specific contractual obligations.
  • Analysis of supplied documents/agreements to prepare overviews of contractual information as requested.
  • Quarterly review of Service Provider reporting to determine if bandwidth upgrade may be needed
  • Ongoing Special Projects and administrative duties as assigned.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

This is a non-exempt full-time (40 hours/week) salaried remote position. We offer a competitive salary and benefits structure which includes paid time off, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k savings plan, bonus plan, and a supportive work environment. The annual base salary is $65,000-70,000 depending on location and experience. This position accrues 15 days of Paid Time Off per year, in addition to 8 days national holidays paid per year. Primary workings hours are Monday through Friday between 7am – 4pm Pacific time, or as appropriate. Some travel to RealtyCom headquarters in San Rafael, CA may be required for training or corporate events.

Primary interaction is via email (external) and telephone (internal). Must have a dedicated office space within your home, equipment to be provided by RealtyCom includes: computer, monitor, phone headset (if desired).  Internet and landline/IP based phone connection is a must (paid by employee).
