Junior Account Manager

The Jr. Account Manager reports to the Senior Client Account Manager (“CAM”). This is an entry-level position with room to grow for the right candidate who wishes to take over their own portfolio of clients.

JOB OVERVIEW / DESCRIPTION

A Jr. Account Manager must have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to follow directions and processes well, while managing deadlines. Good working knowledge of Microsoft required (including Outlook, Word, Excel).  The right candidate must possess a positive attitude and work well with their teammates and colleagues, but also have the ability to work on detailed projects and tasks independently.

The Jr. Account Manager’s role supports all client activities at the direction of the CAM and will coordinate with other departments as necessary to provide administrative support.

  • Responsible to assist CAM with day-to-day operations, including but not limited to:
    • Entering new properties in Salesforce and tracking progress to report Due Diligence
    • Running reports from Salesforce as needed (ex: client summary and property reports)
    • Preparing Deal Memo’s based on financial summary/proposal terms
    • Detailed review of proposed agreements
    • Creating/Finalizing checklists
    • Creating client PDF’s of financial summary presentations
    • Drafting emails (ex: hand off marketing, Internal deal summary to telecom attorney’s, acquisition/disposition client check-ins)
    • Possess good organizational systems to follow up on emails to keep track of issues until resolution had been obtained
    • Auditing Client portfolio lists and property records
    • Ensuring Salesforce modules are kept up to date (ex: projects, property, client pages)
    • Assisting CAM with preparation of quarterly statistics presented during staff meetings
    • Drafting agendas for monthly/quarterly client calls
    • Sitting in on client and internal calls
    • Taking effective notes with action items
  • Learning industry, company and client intricacies
  • Participate in monthly in person Client Services meetings
  • Build internal relationships to develop significant presence and expertise for RealtyCom
  • Notetaking and creating agendas for team and individual meetings
  • Pull reporting and assist in preparation of agendas with outside vendors and partners
  • Ongoing Special Projects and administrative duties as assigned
  • Additional duties as assigned

This is a full-time remote position (40 hours a week) at your home office location. Candidate must have a home office conducive to taking calls and attending virtual meetings regularly without distraction. Additional remote working locations will not be considered during initial employment. Primary working hours are between 8:30am – 5:00pm Pacific time, Monday through Friday. Ideally, this candidate is in the Bay Area and will join in-person team meetings and individual training at our office located in San Rafael, CA as needed.
