Client Services Coordinator
Position Summary
The Client Services Coordinator/Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting client-facing financial initiatives by managing internal financial analysis processes and coordinating across teams. This position partners closely with several internal teams, and senior leadership to ensure financial summaries, provider terms, and client deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with overall strategy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment with many stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the internal financial analysis process for client opportunities
- Prepare financial summaries for internal review and client presentation, ensuring bid strategy, negotiated terms, and special circumstances are accurately reflected
- Maintain project notes, milestones, and next steps within our company database
- Collaborate with Client Account Managers and Bid Team members to ensure client goals, requirements, and unique considerations are met
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of telecommunications industry standards and best practices.
- Participate in quarterly meetings and reviews, working cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels of the organization; accuracy and attention to detail are critical
- Support senior-level management with financial proforma analysis and preparation for client presentations, as needed
- Build strong internal relationships to develop subject matter expertise and a recognized presence within the organization
- Support special projects and perform additional administrative or operational duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office or similar tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
