This year at RealtyCom Partners we were thrilled to launch a new corporate charitable giving program called RealtyCom Cares. Giving back to the communities we serve is an important part of who we are, and this year, we wanted to include our clients and partners in our giving plan. 

At the beginning of November, we asked our clients and colleagues to submit nominations for nonprofit organizations that are helping to make the world a better place. Our team then voted, and three organizations were selected to receive a donation from RealtyCom Partners.

We are honored to help support the causes of these organizations and hope that the RealtyCom Cares initiative inspires others to contribute to a nonprofit organization that’s working to improve their own communities. 

Annabel’s Closet  nominated by Joe Rainey of Carter Funds
Founded to help the Central Florida Community, Annabel’s Closet is a faith-based nonprofit organization that helps women and families of domestic abuse. Annabel’s Closet helps provide hope and new beginnings for families by donating furniture and other household necessities. 

Housing Industry Foundation nominated by Ron Granville of Woodmont Real Estate Services
HIF creates direct and immediate impact with a focus on homelessness prevention for families in need through emergency financial support, access to affordable housing and the renovation of community shelters and transitional living homes. HIF has helped more than 21,000 individuals/families, including nearly 10,000 children, in Santa Clara and San Mateo counties. 

Youth Equipped to Succeed (YES) nominated by Tom Bumpass of Greystar
Youth Equipped to Succeed (YES) is driving catalytic change in the lives of K-12 students through positive youth development programs. Since 2002, the organization has motivated and equipped over 4.8 million students, parents, and educators in 43 states through their resourced experiences.

We were also honored to award funds to three employee-nominated organizations: the ACLU, Austin Pets Alive, and The Bald-Faced Truth Foundation. 

We’d like to thank all of our clients and colleagues for propelling this initiative forward by taking the time to nominate an organization. We are honored to work with every one of you.
