Lee brings with him over three decades of experience in technology including networking and systems engineering disciplines, telecommunications, technology development, product management, IT, business development, sales and marketing. Lee spent the better part of his career developing entertainment, information and technology systems for the hospitality vertical markets. An avid technology enthusiast, Lee is passionate about smart home technologies, control systems, and open source software.

Lee is involved in his local community as a volunteer supporting several nonprofit organizations with technology projects. In his spare time, he loves to spend time playing the guitar and dabbling with other musical instruments. With his roots in South Dakota, Lee has traveled the world – from China and India, to Fiji and Europe – but appreciates most the serenity of being at home in southern Nevada with his wife Kathryn and their three rescue dogs, a grumpy cat, a horse named Cochise and a few feathered fowl.

Please join us in welcoming Shanda Lawley to the RealtyCom team. As Senior Project Manager of Resident Technology, Shanda will focus on New build RFP process, existing property managed WIFI process, property transition management and Bandwidth Utilization.  She is a 25 year veteran of the cable industry for companies including Tele-Communications, Inc, (TCI), AT&T Broadband, Comcast, Time Warner Cable and Charter Communications.  She held roles including Account Executive, Client Services Manager, Senior Multi -Family Manager, and Director of Commercial Development.  She lead the deployment of telecom services and project managed the acquisition of a private cable operation which included 138 properties and over 38,000 units in the DFW area while working for Comcast.  Ms. Lawley in her free time enjoys bike riding and playing tennis when she is not with her two son’s and family.
