Meet our new Senior Project Manager of Resident Technology

Please join us in welcoming Shanda Lawley to the RealtyCom team. As Senior Project Manager of Resident Technology, Shanda will focus on New build RFP process, existing property managed WIFI process, property transition management and Bandwidth Utilization.  She is a 25 year veteran of the cable industry for companies including Tele-Communications, Inc, (TCI), AT&T Broadband, Comcast, Time Warner Cable and Charter Communications.  She held roles including Account Executive, Client Services Manager, Senior Multi -Family Manager, and Director of Commercial Development.  She lead the deployment of telecom services and project managed the acquisition of a private cable operation which included 138 properties and over 38,000 units in the DFW area while working for Comcast.  Ms. Lawley in her free time enjoys bike riding and playing tennis when she is not with her two son’s and family.
